Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) govern access to and use of SeekVera, including its website-search, comparison, course, opportunity, deals, browser-companion and subscription features (together, the “Service”).

By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

SeekVera provides an online website-discovery and comparison service. References to “SeekVera”, “we”, “us” or “our” mean the operator of the Service.

If you are under 18, you should use the Service with the involvement and permission of a parent or guardian where appropriate. Any future paid service may include additional eligibility requirements presented before purchase.

You may use the Service for lawful, personal or internal business purposes. You must not:

• use the Service unlawfully, fraudulently or to harm another person;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service, accounts, systems or data;
• introduce malware, interfere with security, or disrupt the Service;
• scrape, harvest or reproduce the Service at scale without written permission; or
• misrepresent your identity, eligibility or authority.

SeekVera helps users discover and compare third-party websites, courses, deals and opportunities. Rankings, trust indicators and recommendations are informational tools—not guarantees, endorsements or professional advice.

Information may become outdated. You should verify prices, availability, eligibility, safety and important terms directly with the relevant provider before acting, particularly for medical, legal or financial decisions.

SeekVera may consider relevance to the search, source type, apparent authority, practical value, geographic fit and other quality or safety signals. These signals are applied using reasonable judgement and may include automated processing.

A score or ranking reflects information available when assessed. It is not a certification, warranty or promise that a website, provider, offer or outcome is safe, suitable, lawful or error-free. Users remain responsible for checking important information before relying on it.

The Service contains links to websites operated by third parties. Those parties control their own products, services, content, availability, pricing, terms and privacy practices.

Unless expressly stated, SeekVera does not sell, supply or control a third party’s offering and is not a party to any transaction between you and that third party. A link does not by itself amount to an endorsement.

Paid placements, advertisements and affiliate links will be identified where applicable. SeekVera may receive compensation when a user follows or completes an action through certain links. Sponsorship does not automatically improve a provider’s organic ranking or trust score.

You must provide accurate information, keep your sign-in details confidential and take reasonable steps to protect your account. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable care.

Notify us promptly if you believe your account or information has been compromised. We may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, investigate misuse or comply with law.

SeekVera Plus is a planned service and is not available to purchase during the free public beta. Any features shown as planned, coming soon or in development are descriptions of intended future functionality and are not part of the current Service.

If paid subscriptions are introduced, the price, included features, billing frequency, cancellation process and applicable consumer information will be presented before a user agrees to pay.

No subscription payment is required to use the current public beta. The SeekVera website does not presently offer an active paid checkout.

Information relevant to any future paid service will be set out in our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

The Service, including its original branding, layout, software and content, is owned by or licensed to SeekVera and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or commercially exploit it except as permitted by law or with written permission.

Third-party names, logos and content remain the property of their respective owners.

We may update, improve, suspend or withdraw parts of the Service for maintenance, security, legal or development reasons. We will use reasonable care in providing the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free or permanently available access.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or liability under mandatory consumer law.

Subject to those protections, SeekVera is not responsible for third-party acts or omissions, inaccurate third-party information, losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you accepted these Terms, or events outside our reasonable control.

If you use the Service for business purposes, SeekVera is not liable for loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or indirect or consequential loss, except where liability cannot lawfully be limited.

Our Privacy Notice explains how personal information is handled. Our Cookie Notice explains the use of cookies and similar technologies.

We may revise these Terms when the Service, law or business practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version. Where a material change affects an existing paid subscription, we will provide reasonable notice where required.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right.

You may not transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations where this does not reduce your legal protections.

These Terms, together with the policies expressly referred to in them, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Service. No person other than you and SeekVera has a right to enforce these Terms, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protections and any right to bring proceedings in your home nation or country remain unaffected.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a complaint. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from using a court or another dispute-resolution right available under applicable law.
